Have you ever had those hard days? When you couldn’t stop crying and because things were so heavy? Sometimes crying is necessary; it frees the mind, heart, and the soul and helps one to reason clearly. Other times, it is inevitable.

Tears are more than salt and water. They are a way of releasing baggage, of freeing self, of acknowledging that something has gone wrong, and an expression of vulnerability, and courage. They are a silent wish to the universe to align everything for our good. They are the messengers when our hearts are heavy and eyes cloudy….tears water our wishes. If that is how you can save yourself today, do it.
